Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything in it. No installation, no sign-in, no need to talk to anyone first.

Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app

This is instant and is the fastest route.

  1. 1Open the app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete account.
  4. 4Confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — ask us to do it

Lost access to the app or your device? Send us a request and we will delete the account for you. We may need to confirm you own the address before we act.

Or write to support@applation.org from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days, and usually within two working days.
